High speed wireless fiber connection in the apartment with 150mb download speed and 100mb upload speed. Great for streaming, and video conferencing. We provide a work desk with a comfortable chair and monitor. 

We provide all of linens for your stay. Monthly guests will have weekly laundry access to the home's washer on dryer on the 2nd floor. Fully stocked kitchen with all cooking gear you may need. Beach towels and beach chairs. Guest are provided 2 weeks of starter paper goods. Guests responsible for regular laundering of all provided linens. 

Nightly rate with all utilities for 30-59 days is $135.00, plus a $215 cleaning fee. 

For 60-90 days the rate is $130.00 per night, plus $215 cleaning fee. 

For 90-120 days the rate is 120.00 per night, plus $215 cleaning and a $1,000 security deposit.

Over 120 days, the  the rate is $3,100 per month, plus a cleaning fee and a $2,000 security deposit.

Over 6 months, the  the rate is $2,850 per month, plus a cleaning fee and a $2,000 security deposit.

Deposit - 25% of your stay due at booking. Balance due 10 days before arrival. 

For 90 day or longer stays, 50% due 15 days before check in and final 50% due at 60 days. Security deposit returned 10 days after checkout.

 "This was a terrific place to stay for a month as I settled in Kailua. There was not one thing I needed that the place was not stocked with. I especially enjoyed the fabulous view of the mountains when I left and came home daily. Adrien was helpful and readily responded to all my questions and contacts. There is no better town to stay than in Kailua with the beaches, mountains and all the charm!!"

"This is a great space. We stayed here 3-1/2 months, so we got to know the space intimately. It is a modern (basically new) unit tucked in below the owner’s home. It is clean and great effort has been made to make it light and bright. Adrien and Rorie (the owners) are extremely accommodating, and basically became good friends. Easy to talk with and respond immediately to calls or texts. Any problems we had (and there weren’t many) were fixed immediately. Check in and check was simple and easy. It is in a very nice (upscale) area of Kailua, so it is safe. We would definitely return again."

"You can expect this place to be better than the photos and extremely clean and comfortable. Adrien and Rorie are excellent hosts and thoughtful in the amenities that they provide. We took a lot of their advice to heart and our trip could not have turned out better. The neighborhood location is safe, beautiful, and on the nice windward side of the island. A great "home base" for travel anywhere on Oahu. Definitely highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation!"

"This place is great. Great location, great host, great space. We enjoyed all the little touches like some welcome chocolates, sandwich bags/food containers, sunscreen, aloe vera for after you didn't put enough on, beach towels, and a overall comfortable space to spread out. Great bathroom soaps and conditioners. Overall they offer a lot and were pretty darn quiet while we were there. Last thing is take advantage of the beach chairs they provide. We didn't realize they were in the closet until later in our stay and they were great to have on the beach. Will stay here again for our next visit to Hawaii."
